Do you do web site design?

We do not currently offer only web design services. We specialize in Cloud based Web Applications and SaaS Systems Custom Software Development.

Are initial consultations free?

Our initial consultations are always free. We would welcome the opportunity to meet with you in person to discuss your project needs and demonstrate some of the innovative solutions we’ve created.

Do you bid on fixed price Web App or SaaS projects?

All of our clients prefer working on a proof of concept asap and want the flexibility to make any changes or additions to their projects as they progress and evolve. We've found the time needed to document exact specifications up front is not cost effective and we prefer delivering systems that are fluid, evolve, and that will exceed your expectations.

Can you modify or enhance existing web applications or SaaS systems?

Yes we can if the system was written using any of the Microsoft .Net technology stack.

What do you charge for custom Web Applications or SaaS Systems development?

We charge $90 per hour for all our development and AWS cloud systems services.

What do you charge for 24x7 monitoring and on call services?

We charge $2,500 per month for 24x7 Cloud performance monitoring and on call services for all of the systems we develop. We will also setup email and text message alerts for any critical metrics to catch any potential problems before they arise.

Do you bill a minimum for every phone call or email.

We didn't go to law school, obviously, so we certainly aren't going to bill 15 minutes for the occasional questions, calls, or emails. We're always happy to help and exceeding our customers expectations is our primary purpose.

What experience do you have with partnerships and startups?

We were a co-founder and partner in a Cloud Software as a Service (SaaS) hospitality startup which was sold to a private equity firm in 2021 and was finalized within three months of the letter of intent (LOI).

What API integrations do you have experience with?

We have developed integrations with AWS, Google Cloud, Twilio, Google Maps, PayPal, Quickbooks, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, RackSpace, Facebook, Google Docs, Google Firebase Messaging, Google translations, Cross Domain Solutions, Oracle, Synxis, Sabre, and we're currently working on ChatGPT proof of concepts. Just to name a few.

What technologies do you use to create web applications or SaaS systems?

We use the software development technologies available from Microsoft and Amazons Web Services (AWS). We've also held multiple software development and database administration certifications which enables us to create reliable, scalable, high-performing cloud software solutions for mobile and desktop based systems. This ensures that our clients have source code backed by experienced Austin talent as well as the largest software development network and cloud providers in the world.
